Cancellation policy

Registrations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. For cancellations made 13 calendar days or less before the event, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. For cancellations made 7 calendar days or less before the start of the event, as well as for no-shows and early departures, the full participation fee will be charged. You are welcome to nominate a substitute to us by email without incurring a fee.
